　　2. Conference registration fees

　　Delegates are advised to plan for Beijing Capital International Airport ( Airport code is PEK) in Beijing  to be their arrival and departure destination. Beijing Capital International Airport includes three terminals： Terminal 1／ Terminal 2/ Terminal 3，Free ferry bus service is available between terminals. Departure interval is kept within 10 minutes.

　　4. Airport pick up

　　LAC will provide five daily bus transportation from the airport to the hotels on 6 July and from the hotel to airport on 11 July at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm. Participants who arrive or depart at other times should consider taking a taxi at their own expenses. When you come out after your baggage claim, please try to find the students at the arrival hall who hold the sign of the conference.

　　6. Accommodation

　　LAC has booked hotel rooms for all participants from 6 to 11 (five nights) ,some of which will be on the participant’s expenses.  If you want to book your hotel by yourselves, please consider the following three hotels near by the Central Conservatory of Music ( (in five - ten minutes walk):

　　A. Merchantel, a four star hotel, costs about 660 RMB (USD 110) per night. It can be found on Booking.com.

　　B. Jinjiang Zhixing (锦江之星), Changchun Jie Street section, a three star hotel, costs about 400 RMB (USD 70) per night. It can also be found in the Booking.com.

　　C. Rujia (Homeinns), Xibianmen Section, which costs about 400 RMB (USD 70) per night. This hotel can be found in Ctrip.com for booking.

　　7. Visa.

    People come to this kind of event usually holds a tourist visa or type “F” visa. The process of the visa application may vary in different countries. Please make sure to apply for the Chinese visa in your respective country as your earliest convenience. In case of difficulties, do not hesitate to contact to the LAC.

　　8. Attractions

　　LAC will organize a trip to the Great Wall on the 10 July 2018. This is optional at participants' expense, RMB350.
