1. Visa-Free Entry (Unilateral Visa Exemption)
As of June 9, 2025, citizens from 47 countries may enter China without a visa and stay for up to 30 days for the following purposes:

Netherlands, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary,

Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Finland,
Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein,
South Korea, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic,
Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Israel,
Latvia, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Chile,
Peru, Uruguay, Serbia, Armenia, Kuwait, Bahrain
2. Visa Required
For participants from countries not on the visa-free list (e.g., United Kingdom), a visa is still required.
To assist with your visa application, CCOM can issue an official invitation letter. When requesting a visa support letter, please provide:
Your full name as shown on your passport
A clear copy of your passport’s information page
Your institutional affiliation and contact details
Your planned arrival and departure dates
A sample invitation letter is available upon request.
